Terms of Service

The rules for using Roma Llama, in plain language.

Last updated: September 4, 2026

The short version

  • You must be 18 or over. Roma Llama is written for adult readers.
  • Your stories are yours. We claim no ownership of what you create.
  • Everything here is fiction. It is generated by AI and is not about real events.
  • Do not write real people into sexual scenarios without their consent, and never anyone under 18 — the hard limits are listed below.
  • Purchases are for digital goods delivered immediately, so refunds are limited. If something is broken, write to us and we'll fix it.

1. Agreeing to these terms

By using Roma Llama you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. These terms are between you and Roma Llama ("we", "us").

2. You must be 18 or over

Roma Llama writes romance fiction for adults. You choose the characters, the setting and how much heat a story carries, and at the higher heat levels that includes intimate scenes between adults. By using the service you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and of legal age where you live to read adult content. We will terminate access where we believe that is not true.

3. How the service works

There is no account and no password. Your browser holds a session that links you to the stories you create, which means anyone with access to your browser profile can reach them.

If you clear your browser's site data, switch browser, or move to another device, that link is broken. You can restore access by asking for a secure link at the email address you used at checkout — we email it to you, and following it reconnects you to your collection. That route depends on us holding a working email address for you, which we receive from Stripe when you buy something. If you have never purchased, or the address on file is one you cannot read, there is nothing to restore from — so keep the links to anything you want to be certain of.

4. Your content, and who owns it

You own what you create. The prompts you write and the stories generated for you are yours, and we claim no ownership of them.

You grant us only the licence we need to run the service: to store your content, process it through our providers to generate the story, and deliver it back to you and to anyone you deliberately share it with. That licence ends when the content is deleted.

Note that AI-generated output may not be eligible for copyright protection in every jurisdiction, and that similar prompts may produce similar results for other people.

5. Acceptable use — the hard limits

These are not negotiable, and breaking them ends your access immediately and without refund. Do not use Roma Llama to create, request or upload:

  • Any sexual content involving a minor, or any character depicted, described or implied to be under 18. This is absolute, applies regardless of stated ages, and we report what the law requires us to report.
  • Sexual content about a real, identifiable person who has not consented, including via the cover-likeness feature. Upload a photograph only if it is of yourself, or of an adult who has agreed to it.
  • Content depicting non-consensual acts presented as real rather than as fiction, bestiality, or incest involving real people.
  • Content intended to harass, threaten, defame or impersonate a real person.
  • Anything that breaks the law where you are, or infringes someone else's rights.

You also agree not to resell the service, scrape it, attempt to circumvent payment, or interfere with its operation.

6. Reference photographs

If you upload a photograph for cover artwork, you confirm that you have the right to use it and that any identifiable adult in it has consented to its use in this way. You can delete a persona and its photographs at any time, or ask us to do it.

7. AI-generated content and content policy

Stories, artwork and audio are produced by AI models. Output is fiction. It may be inconsistent, historically or factually wrong, or not what you expected, and it is not advice of any kind.

What a story contains follows from what you ask for — the characters, the setting, the plot and the heat level you choose. Every request also passes through content-policy checks applied by the AI providers we use, which we are not able to switch off: requests that appear to breach section 5 are refused, and where a story cannot be produced within those policies it is not produced at all. Automated review does not catch everything, and neither we nor our providers can guarantee that generated text always lands where it was meant to — so the limits in section 5 remain your responsibility, not something we can meet on your behalf.

8. Payment, pricing and refunds

Prices are shown before purchase and payment is taken by Stripe. Purchases are one-time; there is no subscription and nothing recurring.

Because you receive the digital goods immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable. That said, if a story fails to generate, arrives incomplete, or you were charged twice, write to us and we will put it right — email [email protected]. We would rather refund a genuine problem than argue about it.

9. Our intellectual property

The Roma Llama name, the site, its design, and the software behind it are ours. These terms give you no rights to them beyond using the service as intended.

10. Disclaimers and limits on liability

The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or $100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost data or lost profits. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, in which case they apply only as far as permitted.

11. Ending access

You can stop using the service at any time, and ask us to delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or end access where these terms are broken, particularly section 5.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new date at the top. Continuing to use the service afterwards means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
